There is always some different view

They will critic it to get more information

Sometimes argument will result

In the healthy discussion

Once it is done and accepted

Everything should return to normal

Ideas agree or disagree have to move on

But some will not forget

They may try to hit back in different ways

These people want their ideas to work

They will feel offended to be rejected

It is normal in group or meeting

Every one has a time to agree or disagree

There shouldn't be anything personal

Discussion is to find a better way to get things done

The working life

Don't expect everything to move like clockwork

There will be always be out of track
