NOW DROPLET OF RIPPLES

Go to fullsize image

Honesty is hard to find
In politicians who think of themselves
Brewing words to hide their true colors
Planning for change them not in parade

Sometimes we hear
A few souls light up the stage
Telling it as it is
The slaves of handouts
And the minds full of shit

The people of many colors
Now they realize what politicians do
Sprouting race politics to maintain their roles
In the country of multi-races and religions

One dominant party talks about ‘bumiputra’
Yet in the Constitution there is no word found
We find aliens become one
Whose fault we ask ourselves?

Social contract what is new?
There is no contract or verbal agreement
It is again a party manifestation
In the Constitution the Supreme Ruler decides
To protect the interests of malays and other races

All those years ago
The dominant party bullying and continues to do so
Until now we find other parties getting annoyed
When they get the crumbs, nothing else

March 8 had waken them up
The coalition partners now found
There must be more in the partnership
Else they can kiss goodbye
When the next GE comes a calling

Now for change to better journey
Yet some are so afraid dare not take the road
What is beyond on the unknown horizon?
When we want change, we must blaze the trail

Now droplet of ripples
There will be no ending it circles
The silence before the storm
A new chapter will be told
