Now EC seems so powerless to act fairly
EC chairman can give his excuses again
Somebody says EC is a scarecrow
Farmers use it to scare the birds
The ruling elites allegedly use it to score points
And EC stands there proudly in the sun
The wind of change
Blowing underground to the air
Nothing can stop it from earning its respect
