In the night the motorists get whacked
On the cars or motorbikes
The councilors and volunteer corps
They say they will help the local council
Until today it is just mere talking
The cows still walking on the road
The issue is dragged on
It is so simple to do
Catch the cows and fine the owners
What's there to say?
If the owners refuse to pay
Sell the meat and get some money
There is nothing to feel sorry
Law must be carried out faithfully
