had quite a few cases of kidnapping

the Muslim militant gangs

thought the army beefed our security
Something
isn't right at our borders

Abu Sayyaf militant gangs could slip through
Maybe
it is to do with Sabah IC project
This
has come to haunt our security and police forces
The
government should seriously consider reissuing IC
With
different colours to render the previous ones obsolete
The
