The house in Ipoh

A new house leave empty

For years it stays that way

Knowing it is a good buy

The new housing estate

It begins to show its potential

Once years ago hardly people wanted to buy

I was one of the earlier buyers then

Now the house is worth much more

The buying price has rocketed above 100%

But I am not in the business of buying and selling

I bought it in case I wanted to stay over

The area has grown with other housing schemes

A chinese primary school and shops surrounding

It is just a short drive to station 18

And the growth hasn't stopped yet
