Macc has a public duty

Macc has a public duty
The tapes are important
Macc has its right to disclose it
It doesn't want to hide it away

Though other lawyers may disagree
They say it is improper to do it
They forget public has known in the grapevines
Somebody was pulling the puppet strings

The conversations in audio recording
It shows the blatant misuse of authority and power
It shows who was controlling the government
What are these lawyers saying?

Hide it in proper channels?
Where there will be plea bargaining?
The people involved in the audio recording
They should be charged and sent to prison

Macc has its rights to disclose
It has nothing to do with contempt of court
It has nothing to be improper in it
The people have the right to listen
