The cool place clean air
Breathing in the morning
Even at the evening
People use to walk up the hill
Doing their every day exercise
Feeling free with the fresh air
The wind of cool breezes
The inhabitants live on it
The houses built in early 70s
The good flow of feng shui
Living there is good
Now the town council
In its draft plan 2023
To convert Kampar hill
Into a commercial zone
The inhabitants will protest
Even the local people will follow
This is a legacy needed to stay
It shouldn't be for commercial reasons
DAP and MCA
Together with other NGOs
The leaders protested on it
Why can't the Kampar Hill remain?
The folks are worried
The construction of a crematorium
The pollution and landslides
Every time when it rains heavily
Kampar Hill
It should stay as a legacy of nature
The town council shouldn't destroy it
Not even for the owner owned it in 70s
