It shouldn't have happened
Right in the nose of the police
Now who is to blame?
Base by law
The police will be the suspect
As it is under its jurisdiction
The suspects die
Just like in normal cases
Everyone who knows the suspect
Will be considered as involved
Until the conclusion of the investigation
But the deaths in police custody
It has happened too often in the police lock-up
It merits a thorough probe on why it happens
The police shouldn't investigate its own officers
Let an impartial team to investigate
As it stands today there will be none
A teacher will pass his own students
IPCMC should be formed to tune up standards
As it stands today
Police are reluctant to let in IPCMC
The perception of hiding facts will be there
As the police cartel has been exposed by IGP*
the recent retired IGP Hamid Bador
