The murderers and serial killers
They should stay behind bars
No doubt they can escape the death penalty
Releasing them may cause issue again
Many lawyers will file appeal
On the recent law passed to commute the death penalty
The Federal Court should tak cognizance of the fact
These people committed capital crimes
No doubt they can file appeal
Each case must be viewed in proper way
Crimes of murderers or serial killers
The judges must recognize the facts of it
These murderers are old now
But serial killers don't count age
It is inside their brains
Once trigger they will go again
The Federal Court must review it properly
Don't let these bad hats repeat it over again
Don't let them take another innocent victim
Let them stay behind bars until they are gone
