They don't exercise a lot now

They are hunting wealth


Healthy mind healthy body

Through daily exercise at home

It takes 5 minutes a day

Can't we spare the time?


Even in office

There is no excuse we can't

We don't have to stand up

Sitting on office chairs can do it


The intake of food and drinks

A cause to worry for health experts

The bad food and lack of exercise

The bad diseases will bank right in
