It isn't going to disappear
It will keep happening
As long as the bad hats remain
The rules they apply
It's all about money
Closing cases or cases in files
Sitting around to gather dust
The public hear it often
Corruption in blue
The remand orders issued
Cases dropped or continue
The root of the causes
Still burying deep in blue
The authority still lock in dilemma
Even afraid to bring IPCMC
Recommended in 2005 under RCI
Yet it isn't implemented in full
Only a stream down version in law
Ineffective just a show without drumbeats
