There will be no tears
If a person forgets his way
In his promises and the future
When he sinks himself like the others
He can criticize the bad before
He can tell what is wrong in his eyes
He says he will make the changes
When he has the power to do it
Sadly when power falls to his hand
He forgets all about his promises
The silence creeps telling a sad tale
A man has forgotten what is like
Playing on the opposite fence
Fighting hard to survive
Telling he needs power to change
When he has the power to do it
He simply forgets
Basking in his glory of power
All the promises seem to fly away
In the wells nobody can hear
There will be no tears
If he finally falls from grace
The dark shadows slowly creeping to him
Unless he can find his way back now
