The art of using people
It is to be good to them
Let them feel they can contribute
In any small ways of the whole
People want to feel appreciated
Dealing with them know your way
Fueling fear may get it going
It is only for the short gain
When we climb up the ladder
We aren't going to stay up forever
One day we will have to step down
We may have to bow to these people going up
The power is just temporary
It isn't going stay forever
So it is always good to be humble
When we are down they will offer to assist
