You want to lead
Yet you don't show the way
Talking is cheap; action brings the work
Leaders must learn; they aren't made
Every day there will be changes
New developments and ideas come along
Leaders must adopt to new ideas
Where it brings stability and pursuit of wants
Nobody should live
On old ideas hoping the best
Leaders must embrace new innovations
Coming in fast and furious paces
Any leader fails to recognize it
He will fall back behind
Crying with tears of missing opportunities
