Complaints don't hide it away
It will not disappear like it or not
It will cause headaches and tantrums
For the people who start the cycle
Every complaint needs a reply
It doesn't need a long winding explanation
A short reply will soothe the complainant
The leeway finds out the causes of it
Ignoring it will cause many firing holes
It isn't easy to put all out of its misery
The spreading of careless handling issues
It causes anxiety and inner revolt........
A political party or organization
The feedback makes the improvements
Nobody will like to ignore complaints
People don't write to wasting time
Carrot and pull measures
It works sometimes but not every time
The leaders should recognize it
It is easy to make enemies....
