it has to cut down the many
Flourishing
every where in the populated States

proper administration of public funds
Cutting
down on wastage and leakages

is no reason it couldn't be done
When
there is a way there will be the drive

is just matter of tweating

workforce can be grouped in to help
By
contributing a certain amount
Free
university education can be done

is only those with narrow minded view

will say the opposite of things
