Nobody is above the
law
This is the
important fact in life
The laws crafted
for the people and nation
It can be good; it
can be bad
The laws seek no
status
It applies to
everyone in a case
You can be Sultans,
VIPs or ordinary folks
Once a law is
broken nobody could escape
The ordinary folks
have all the laws
They can’t hide but
to face it straight on
The Sultans have
the Constitutional Court
They will face if a
crime has been caught
The law minister
shouldn’t think of enacting law
To protect the
monarchy on bad criticisms?
There are ample
laws to try the ordinary folks
The Penal Code has
so many to light up the charge
The Prime Minister
says it clear
If the criticisms
are facts on the monarchy
No ordinary folks
should face the Sedition Act
Though this Act
should be thrown out long ago
There are so many draconian
laws
The PH leaders must
do the necessary to get it repealed
Do not sit on it
and pretend you haven’t heard the critics
You were the ones
shouting loud and clear while in the opposition
Nobody is above the
law
Everyone will face
it if a crime is committed
That’s the way the
nation should be governed
Take away the
draconian laws let democracy light the day
