mists of haze
It
brings the bad news to health
The
young and old will suffer
Breathing
the bad air
Though
government leaders will warn
The
culprits to take stock of their bad habits
But
these culprits will know
It
is always talking no action
It
has been 22 years since 1997
The
government doesn't catch the culprits
For
the decades nothing is done to it
It
just hangs there every year
The

Now
the enforcement must be done
Be
serious don't play around
