It will say of a leader
He will let the problem escalate
By then it is obvious of his weakness
Slow to take action
It encourages others to say
Knowing they will get free
Even though the public complain
When nothing is taken
On issues affecting the general public
It will sound a bad way to manage
The culprits will show their wings
A leader who is afraid
He will spell his own doom
When the conflicts go unchallenge
His leadership will be questioned
Slow to take action
A leader will lose his credibility
He lives in fear of losing his power
So he will pretend he hear nothing
