For the bad services to the people
Especially the enforcement agencies

On his judgement on the abduction cases
Dragging it on for years
If the enforcement officers fail to investigate
They will be open to civil suit by the aggrieved parties
When they are found guilty they will not pay
Because the taxpayers have to foot bill
This should be the way
The civil servants will not try to hide
Knowing full well they will have to pay
If there is a civil suit against them
