The stray dogs and cats
Who will take responsibility in public spaces?
The previous owners who throw them away?
The town councils to depose and control them?
These animals can breed plenty
Letting them run as free agents
The breeding will multiply quickly
Eventually we have more of them
The house owners and public
Many will cry foul on these strays
The cats don't care what they do
They can jump out quickly too
Maybe the government should allocate funds
Let a company in each state handle the strays
This company will go out to hunt the dogs and cats
Put them in proper areas or let them go peacefully
