the corridor of darkness
The
long shadows stretching along
There
is yet no response
From
a far the shadows
The
close curtains to hide
The
long list allegations
The
carpet man brought in
The
main cronies newspapers
The
news either can't be found or in bins
The
editors never dare to publish it
Afraid
they will lose their perks
The
honesty of reporting
In
newspapers gone years ago
The
jewel of silence
In
the pages that are written
In
the net the news spread
People
wait for the answer
As
yet the jewel of silence
There
is no sound from the corridor
