it is collective responsibility

The blame game begins
The usual way when tragedy strikes
Everyone seems to be right
I tell you so! I tell you so!”

The NGOs will jump the wagon
Pulling no stop but shouting loud
Stop the hill developments
Before another tragedy happens!”

The finger pointing
The developers will stay silence
The authority will say base on plans
The draw up and reports

But nobody expects tragedy
Unannounced it strikes cruelly
The cry in the dark ground
Until oxygen disappears

Who is to blame?
There shouldn't be one person
It is the collective responsibility
On the line of developments
