The draconian laws
Sleeping quietly on the shelves
Gathering dust until a case comes up
Else the politicians will stay quiet
Some will say
Let the python sleeps
No need to wake it up
Until the situation calls for it

Don't lock away a chance to change it
With a 2/3 majority in Parliament
He shouldn't miss his cue in changing laws
Don't let the voters feel let down
