The shallow thinking
The nation can't afford
The politicians to behave
Seeking their own benefits
This isn't the way
The nation's progress at stake
The lives of many will be dashed
If the leaders still harping on their own needs
The extremists are good at it
They see how they can control the minds
When the people are weak in minds and souls
They can bring their shallow thinking to the full
One state has suffered for decades
The poorest state yet the folks don't see
They have the shallow thinking
They think they can go to paradise
The changing tune
Take away the shallow thinking
Let the good vibrations return
Like the years of 60s and 70s
