Don't promise something
If you can't deliver it
It is better to say nothing
Achieve it than think of rewards
The leaders tend to shout slogans
Telling their charges to hit for gold
Thinking money will reward for their efforts
The leaders forget to get all cash ready for the pay-out
Once the promise unfulfilled
The fall-out or distrust will begin
In that sense it will not be a good thing
A promise broken distrust will start to roll
It is better not to promise anything
If a leader has nothing to offer at that time
It will cause low moral of trusting the leader
Who fails to honor his promise of rewards
