The mad drivers still race
Beating the speed traps
The high in their minds
Even if they get police summons
They will not pay in months
There is no link to transport department
Upon renewals it can be detected
Immediately stop issuing licences
Until the summons are paid
Still millions spent on computerization
The system runs on its own without linking
This is the waste of taxpayers monies
Doing double work and causing its effectiveness
The police must be serious
Summons must be paid within 2 weeks
Else catch the drivers and put them in lockup
Until they appear in court to pay fine
