sungai pulai johore

my part time job by Chai Yen
Tanjung Pelepas Johore by Chai Yen

Nature wetland gone
Corporate greed government leaders forget
As the sign of developments nature bulldozed away
Leaving it devastated as profits collected
Sungai Pulai in Johore
The wetland destroyed corporate greed
The Albino allows it
Singing the familiar tune
Developments for the State
At what cost to the environment?
The natural habitat conveniently destroy
The nature domain man forgets
The rising floods
The poor quality of air
Water catchment areas
Nature will strike
The balance of life
It has to stay equilibrium
Otherwise disaster is waiting
When nature strikes
It is death warning
Corporate greed weak government
Of the leaders elected yet they don't protect
Going for short term strategies
Long term damages nature will hit back
