the power slowly shifting like sand

Amno baru leaders sleepless nights
They seem to be afraid; very afraid
Of the power slowly shifting like sand
They can't live without it; they will feel naked

They use to spin their tales
They are the most democratic party
When members disagree or criticize them
The members are hauled up for action

It is time the leaders realize
They have stayed their welcome
For far too long the people tolerate it
Now the feeling of change

The scandals kept under lock and key
The corruption and greed sail it through
The heavy loads dragging on the road
How long must taxpayers pay for the ills?

The day of divide and rule
The day of racial politics have to end
The people are watching
The eyes never leave the field
