In the world we live

Second chances hard to come by

There is always the bad vibes

Of the crimes once committed

We lived it through

With regrets in the eyes

Once stupid move

Our lives turned upside down

In court the judges will say

The punishment to feed the crimes

The long jail sentence robbing the life away

The prisoners will never come out to regret

The old habits never kick away

It still lurks for something to spark it

Once the gate is open the anger in the eyes

One more time facing the jail feeding the crimes

Second chances are hard to come by

The human leaders think only the short end of life

They should give chances for the bad to turn around

There are ways to do it saving the agony of time

Second chances we should live by

God forgives us all the sins we have done

Showing us the way to a better life

Why can't we think about it?
