The sea levels
rising
It is causing us to
worry
Remember the rain
Of 40 days and
nights?
It will flood the
land
It will cause us to
worry
If we don’t change
our life styles
Our commitment to
Mother Earth
The natural fury
will hit us
We will not know
when is the time
We have seen the outcome
of climate changes
We can’t stay mute
as if nothing will happen
We expect our
leaders to understand
But their minds are
clogged with material wants
They think of their
own needs and agendas
Leaving Mother
Earth crying in pain
These world leaders
should read the scriptures
The day of the 40
days and nights will hit us
If we don’t band
together to solve our issues
We will face our
land of rising floods
The ice belts are
melting away
The warm weather
causing it
By our own greed to
gain materialistic wants
We forget our
Mother Earth
It is time to
change our life styles
We can’t stay mute
as if nothing will happen
