walk free

Governed by the
rule of law
They must sigh a
sense of relief
Otherwise they will
stay in prison
Waiting for their
trial to begin
Some are barred
from leaving the country
They may not want
to return
The wealth they
corruptly stashed away
The police need to
find and recover back
It will take a long
while to find the sources
Now the crooks are
walking free
Some want the bail
to be revoked
But justice is
blind until it is proven
So, the crooks are
allowed to walk
Playing their games
to say they are innocent
