a child beware

A child beware. A parent responsibility ends when you reach 18 years old. A few days ago a father stopped his responsibility on his college girl. He cited his reason on the Federal Court ruling of Karunairajah. Now the poor girl has to fend for herself. There are many laws which are not in tandem with the Federal Court ruling yet a case law has prevailed. The Child Guardian Act stipulates at 21 years old. Even the passport division required parent's consent for a person below 21 years old when applying for a passport. Our MPs should wake up and fight for those above 18 years old and not arguing like silly people out on a drunkard booze which does not hold true of their potential in the August House. Now here is a chance for them to say as parents and MPs..Parents should show compassion to their children. They should provide until their children reach university or gainfuly employed in the market. Meanwhile, they should provide a conducive environment for their children to progress and or learn a skill without worrying about how to find money to support themselves. Currently most parents do that......

Malaysia has too many laws...and it takes years to amend laws!
