changing rule when it isn't there

The light slanted flow
Over the trees and buildings
On the fields and parks
Even on the streams and waterfalls

Changing rule when it isn't there
The rivers meander blindly along
Rushing in without a care
As long as there is no blockage

The natural flow
It never comes easy
With society turning blind eyes
Thinking Earth will live forever

If only we remember
Why the ancient animals gone?
Why our lives are cut short?
Once we could live many centuries

Now the lights blooms
Blinding eyes the shadows walk
The natural way seems lost
With greed and corruption take

We can only pray
The right way to stay
Though we mustn't forget
The negatives of our lives
