Why
the crooks always smile
They
know they can escape
They
know their trade
The
parents will be charged
Allowing
underaged children to ride motorbikes
Allowing
no licence holders to drive vehicles
But
they know of weak enforcement
The
underaged children zoom around
In
the neighborhood causing nuisance
Once
they meet an accident on the road
The
fathers will tend to blame others
The
police don't see it
Throw
the law at the parents
Let
them face jail sentence
That
should wake them up
