Some can't change

They are set in their ways

Though they will complain of pain

Yet they will fall back to the old

They know the reasons

They see the bad food

Yet they will not complain

They will pay and walk away

Though they learn

The skills and education

When they face the fear

They will hide and stay mute

They dare not break the ice

They are afraid to lose it all

Once they are set out on their own

They can't navigate their lives

So they stay unchanged

Watching the world in their eyes

Losing the opportunities and gains

If only they wake up and realize
