let the court decide

A person doesn’t have to resign
When he is facing a charge
He isn’t guilty as yet
Until the judge finds him guilty

He needs to have the protection of law
He is innocent until he is found guilty
In the court processes to determine his guilt
Otherwise there is no reason to quit

Of course, on moral ground he should take leave
He should stay quiet build up his defence
He shouldn’t resign otherwise the perception will be unkind
“That’s the reason he has to resign!”

Let the court process take its course
Let the charged person find his day in court
The public need to know how it happen
Force to make a charge; receive money consideration

Force by entrapment in politics
Force by bodily harm or injury or death threat
It is a fear rearing its ugly head
Let the public hear it out in open court
