The running boys can dream
Like Paris Hilton gone for partying
Day and night who will care
So much money gaining it easily
The economic stagnation
The output down greatly
The middle and lower strata of society
Suffering in monetary values and economic activities
The sword of division
PR states may not get the money
The way it is done previously
It is best tax payment shouldn't go to general funds
It should be credited to the PR states
The $60 billion on the loose
No layout plans of what to do
No concrete and detail strategies
Of how and where it should be spent
The sources of funding
It never spells out clearly
Is this the way budget planning?
The country will go to the running boys
You see them so eager to play balls
Even rain will not stop them
Here we are
Our tax money going to waste
Feeding to the crony companies
Some go to people
Yet it isn't for them
It is to create more debts
Like the car exchanging program
The years ahead
Belt it out quickly
Let this be a lesson
We don't need shady characters
