age isn't maturity

Age isn't maturity
You think you want your freedom
Out of your parents' shadows
You think you will

You can have a first degree
Way up reaching to the sky
You have seen the events in your eyes
Maybe participating along with it

You think you are wiser
Living in the crowd of like minded groups
When you are back home
You feel you are a child

The parents never see
Even if they know the children have grown
Somewhere in their minds they think you are small
Watching your every move

You shouldn't blame them
They have been protecting children for decades
They can't take any falling down
It will make them sad and sorrow

So at home let it be
Give way a little enjoy the pampering
For the eyes of the parents
The children never grow up and go away
