p2p home

P2P home
It sounds good on paper
Helping the B40 group
Getting a house to stay

The drawback is raising 20%
Before the buyer can move in
He can stay for 5 years
Then he can buy or vacate it

In 5 years, the buyer may become homeless
When he can’t buy the house at market value
He is back to his root without a home
Will he get back his 20%?

P2P looks like an investment scheme
The interested parties will fund the 80%
Waiting for 5 years to realize profit
The bids will depend on the market price

There are still grey areas to iron out
Is this for somebody to make money?
Out on the misery of B40 group?
When this group is struggling to stay relevant

Though PH government isn’t involved
It is best the government get the best deals forward
Helping the b40 is a good plan
But is it really helping the group?
