The road to shine
It will not happen
as yet
For the old habits
still hanging on
It doesn’t want to
take a bow and go
Even the leaders
stay a distance
They have no guts
to make a difference
Some still say of
race and religion
The older leaders
can’t move the change
The young Turks
stay aloof
They speak on a
political correctness
They dare not spook
a race
This is where fear
rears its head
We are Malaysians
In the nation of
colours
Everyone should
stay united
Carry the flag and
progress the nation
It isn’t for self
interest
Where opposition
seems to indulge in
They are afraid to
see the light
The followers walk blind
The road to shine
When the self -centred
leaders are gone
A new progressive
leader comes on board
Lead the nation to
roar again
