The bullying in the work place
It happens all the times
In whatever generations come
There will always be the
bullying
The workers dare not fight back
They are worried about their
lives
Out of work living in the
hardship way
So they keep quiet taking the
abuses
It isn't easy to fight back
When the workers have needs to
protect
Homes, cars, education,
children and parents
And bills to pay every month
It is that weakness the workers
stay quiet
Take the bullying in their
strides
Though union will assist its
members
But the bullying will come in
subtle ways
When jobs are scarce
The opportunity will be few
The workers will stay on
Holding quietly the abuses
The bullying in the work place
The power in the wrong hands
Many will suffer emotionally
Waiting for a right time
