Fear is the key
Holding back by the villagers
They are now illegals
What more they want to fight?
The land they occupied
Titles of it decided by Federal Court
Unless they can show other grounds
The offer should be accepted in good faith
The land lease has a clause
Yet the villagers and LGE never pursue it
So what lies ahead?
Silence isnt golden it is a defeatist way
No doubt the villagers express their fear
No documentary title to prove
I believe the developer can issue it
Legally binding the company and directors
The villagers blaming Pakatan
All the while they voted Bee Anne
They got short changed even land sold
They didn't know at all?
Face it with reality
Currently they dont have the upper hand
Legally they had lost the case in court
Take the offer and fight for another day
When they find enough evidence of land grab
During the previous administration and government
They don't have any chip to demand
When you negotiate at a weakest platform
It will be hard to get it your way
Court has ruled it the case is over
Unless I say they can find sufficient evidence
Leading the Courts to think otherwise
One good thing LGE has promised
If the village is flattened no development on the site
This will assist the villagers to get certain compensations
For the decades living on the land
