there is no compulsion in religion

I read about another Chinese woman Muslim convert who wanted to denounce her religion in the Star who apparently told the Court that she converted to marry a Muslim whom had left her. She told the court she didnt practise her religion but follow the Buddhist's teachings in her daily relgious affairs. The Court ruled that she had to go for counselling. This isnt right at all. She had stated in her paper she had no wished to become a Muslim. And requested her Mykad should be deleted the word Muslim on it. What's the use to send her for counselling? She won't change her mind or use the Police style of questioning to turn over a person? It is a simple rule. 'I dont want to follow this religion; I want to change it. It should be allowed to happen.' What is the use to delay a person's request? There is no compulsion in any religion. Indonesia is the best example. Her citizens can change religion at any time they wanted. They dont face the rude awakening like in Malaysia. Is the government afraid that it affect its administration? A religion is a choice to be or not to be. It is a personal matter between a believer and his God; and there is no such thing one is better than the other. It is the work of the inferior mind. God decides. He has the final say in whatever we do. Period. God shake his head because we make so much problems for him. He thought he gave us brains.....apparently we dont know how to use it properly in pursuit of His objectives - a place in His Garden of Eden.
