PATIENCE PAYS OFF

Patience pays off. Sometimes it takes years to realize a dream. The roads are uncertain; time seems to erode your confidence. When you have time to wait and believing in it, you will get it. The end result will be sweet like honey. You smile knowing how you try to make it happen and finally you realize your dream. I look at the opposite house. It lies there unoccupied for over a year and today the owner finally comes to renovate the house. I think it is the piece of corner lot land that the owner is eyeing it for years. I suppose the developer finally relented and sold off that piece of land to the house owner. Here the house owner finally can renovate the house. Patience pays in the end.
