the man can divorce her any day and time

rapists try to escape punishment

long prison sentence and whipping
By
marrying the victims they can escape
By
legal means the rapists can rape again!
Don't
let the rapists escape
Let
them face the law and its punishment

has to serve as a legal reminder

crimes can escape the arm of the law
