don't go stray, men

In the old days
The men could have many wives
Some could have concubines
The women would try to satisfy
The man who had many women
The power they wield in their hands
They were the warlords
One word all could die

Now in the modern world
The men still behave they rule
The women are chattels
They can marry and divorce
Even on the slightest excuse
Just that the men can have young women
Parading in their eyes and minds

There are religions which allow polygamy
Written by men to lord over the women
The men who want to feel superior
The women are their forms of entertainment
Bear them children to enlarge the families
But they forget their daughters will go the same fate
The cycle will link it back to the past deeds
How the women will feel sharing beds?

Some women may agree
Let the men have their ways
They resign to their fate
Wrinkles and old age
Deep inside they will pray
For their own sins

The truth is
No woman will share her man
No woman will live by and smile
And the man is always unsatisfied!

When he gets his way
He will go for many more
It isn't love at all
It is lust to the core
