They only think of their profits
Of the environment they forget
What have the local councils done?
The heads hardly go out to walk about
Do you see them visiting the hawkers' stalls?
Do they go inspecting the housing estates?
Now who is to blame?
The floods of yearly affairs
All of us more so with the enforcement officers
They are slacking in enforcements
