When you were young
You went out and play
In the wee hours
You didn't want to complain
Drinking beer, wine and spirits
Smoking pot and cigarettes
It was cool in those days
What's more with girls
Every one wanted a share
But the picking was discreet
Blame it on rock 'n' roll days
The babies came dumped it elsewhere
The nights were over the hangover came
The minds were crazy
Nobody knew what and whom
Rock 'N' Roll days
The aging stars and followers
They still wanted to live it up
But time had changed...
